Job Description
- Implement and manage compensation programs per policies.
- Oversee annual salary reviews, bonuses, and other payments.
- Manage performance appraisals and support manpower budgeting.
- Assist with compensation and benefits audits.
- Advise on compensation and benefits for managers, staff, and HRBP.
- Review and update compensation policies.
- Develop and execute communication plans on compensation and benefits.
- Participate in compensation surveys.
- Lead or support HR projects as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Min Bachelor’s degree
- 4-5 years of relevant experience
