Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Group consolidation financial reporting to ensure timely monthly closing and reporting
- Preparation of Group quarterly results and Board reporting pack
- Perform variance analysis / commentary for monthly and year-to-date results comparing to budget and prior year results
- Participate in annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting exercise
- Proactively anticipate consolidation issues and formulate solutions on a timely basis
- Managing overseas investees’ financial reporting
- Liaise with Auditors to ensure timely completion of the annual audit
- Liaise with Tax agents for timely tax compliance filing and queries from IRAS
- Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
- Any other duties assigned
Requirements:
- Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy or CPA
- At least 3 years of group consolidation experience
- Strong Consolidation experience
- Good understanding of Singapore financial reporting standards and tax rules
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, Sigma Consolidation or similar accounting system
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred
- Prior audit experience an added advantage
