Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate Travel Experience Designer who will play a crucial role in developing, executing, and managing travel products tailored to prewedding photoshoots. This role requires a blend of creativity, meticulous planning, and a keen understanding of the travel and wedding industries.
Scope of Role
- Creative Development: Design unique travel experiences tailored to prewedding photoshoots, focusing on romance, storytelling, and local culture integration.
- Operational Execution: Support the lifecycle management of travel photoshoot products from concept through execution, including monitoring performance and implementing improvements.
- Vendor Collaboration: Work closely with vendors and service providers to ensure photoshoot offerings are executed flawlessly and maintain high standards.
- Market Research: Conduct detailed market research to understand customer preferences and industry dynamics to inform product development strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and refinement of travel packages specifically designed for prewedding photoshoots.
- Collaborate with vendors, venues, and other service providers to ensure the quality and exclusivity of our photoshoot experiences.
- Support market research efforts to gauge trends, demands, and customer needs, ensuring our offerings remain competitive and innovative.
- Help manage the full product lifecycle, including budgeting, scheduling, and vendor negotiations.
- Work alongside the marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and promotions.
- Address and resolve any issues related to travel products, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction are maintained.
- Occasionally travel to destinations to oversee product quality and explore potential for new photoshoot locations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Marketing, or related fields.
- Proven experience in product development, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or wedding industry.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
