Our respected Japanese multinational client is in search of an experienced Inside Sales Executive (proficiency in both English and Japanese).
This role involves supporting Account Managers in sales operations, customer interactions, and administrative tasks within the telecom industry, requiring strong organizational, communication, and software skills, as well as industry knowledge and experience.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales or Inside sales support/operations experience in the information technology industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer relationship development.
- Strong organizational abilities and the capability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Salesforce, and Microsoft Business Central.
- Self-driven and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
- Experience in business development, revenue, and cost management is a plus.
- Diploma
Japanese Oriented Skillset:
Language: Ability to speak and write in English and Japanese is a must.
