Our client is Singapore based architecture, interior design, and planning consultancy company with a focus on creating human centric for healthcare, research laboratories, eldercare and workplace environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the architectural team, planners, and subconsultants to ensure successful project delivery through strategic planning and effective management. This includes overseeing internal processes, project timelines, quality assurance, and resource allocation (time, manpower, costs).
- Manage and/or oversee tender processes, including evaluation and contract administration, while providing clients with expert analysis and advice on construction scheduling, work sequencing, design and construction safety, and sustainability requirements in building contracts.
- Address client and user requirements and expectations, ensuring the interests of our team and company are safeguarded.
- Collaborate, as needed, with medical planners, lab planners, or healthcare/lab architects throughout the detailed design and construction phases, leading to successful project completion and handover.
- Engage with clients, vendors, and authorities to achieve project objectives and maintain strong, positive relationships.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the company through training initiatives.
- Identify and explore opportunities in regional markets to support the company’s growth and diversification, while contributing to other tasks as requested by company management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Registered Architect with around 8 years experience including familiarity in local design compliance and authority submission in healthcare construction
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Available for business travel if necessary.
- Excel in 3D modelling, visualisation, and graphic software; BIM skillset is strongly preferred. (Others include acad, Sketch-up, Enscape, adobe and Microsoft suites).
