Job Description
- Support the operations manager in cleaning operation.
- Assist the operations manager to coordinate and schedule all the cleaning site staff.
- Inspect job sites for proper cleaning and inventory cleaning supplies.
- Follow up and keep an update to customer request and feedbacks.
- Attend to clients’ complaints promptly.
- Train, instruct, and supervise the work of supervisors and cleaners.
- Ensure all works carried out by supervisor and cleaners as set out in their Job.
- Prepare new staff on-boarding and off-boarding.
- Other related duties as assigned.
