Our client is global leader in international education services. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Regional HR Operations Assistant Manager to be part of their HR Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.
Duties of Regional HR Operations Assistant Manager:
- Lead annual performance, remuneration, and bonus reviews, collaborating with Regional teams and global headquarters.
- Oversee payroll preparation, ensuring accurate, timely employee payments in coordination with Finance.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including insurance, pension plans, and leave entitlements, ensuring up-to-date documentation.
- Ensure accurate, up-to-date employee data for Singapore and SEA countries, conducting regular checks.
- Identify opportunities to digitize HR processes, enhancing efficiency and employee experience.
- Manage visa and work permit processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations and government agency requirements.
- Maintain updated HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks, providing guidance on local employment laws.
- Handle employee grievances, mediate disputes, and foster compliance with employment regulations.
- Support Regional team in onboarding, system updates, and preparing materials for meetings.
- Collaborate on health and safety initiatives, and lead ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in related field
- 6 years of relevent experience
