Customer Success Manager

This is an on-site Singapore-based individual contribution role that will focus on enhancing the SOW based Digital IT Services and technology talent management services businesses of Sciente International in SG.


  • Client Engagement & Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their IT projects and tech talent requirements, challenges/needs, company culture, and strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with client managers to clarify their requirements and make sure a common understanding.
  • Adopt a consultative approach to act as advisors for our clients.
  • Work with internal talent acquisition team and do assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles/scope of work.
  • Present qualified candidates to clients, providing detailed summaries and recommendations to facilitate the decision-making process.
  • Facilitate the interview process for potential tech professionals, ensuring delightful engagements.
  • Service Agreements/Scope of Work and Offer Negotiation: Serve as a liaison during the SOW/offer negotiation process, facilitating discussions and reaching mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Build the relationship with client managers across the levels, develop client accounts and grow the portfolio of IT professional services within the client accounts.
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform strategies and provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Adhere diligently to Sciente's internal processes and submit weekly reports in a timely manner.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least 4-6 years of total relevant experience in IT services / talent management / tech recruitment / IT staff augmentation services within Singapore.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of local work experience in client services/client account management are very much required.
  • A graduate degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, a related field, or any business/HR/engineering discipline is a prerequisite.
  • Essential qualifications include outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, along with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in engaging with client managers, adopting a consultative approach to understand their project requirements.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to continuous learning are mandatory for our organizational culture and the demands of the markets we serve.
  • Capability to work towards meeting revenue performance goals for the named client accounts.
  • A fervor for delivering quality results, coupled with discipline, focus, perseverance, and resourcefulness, is highly valued.

More qualified professionals shall be considered for senior level roles.

Candidates with new sales experience shall be considered for Business Development Manager for new Client Acquisitions.
