We are seeking a dynamic and driven Presales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in SaaS solutions. Domain knowledge on sustainability and carbon management will be an added advantage.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support product sales as a technical and domain expert of a customer-facing sales team, including providing consultation on technical sustainability reporting and advisory
- Work with our internal professional services
- Lead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges and give product demonstrations to align our solution with customer needs
- Answer product feature and technical questions from customers, channel partners and internal stakeholders
- Provide feedback to product management about product enhancements that can address customer needs and provide additional value
- Share and learn best practices and re-usable assets with other Solution Consultants to enhance the quality and efficiency of the team
- Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation
- Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows
Qualifications And Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Sustainability Management or equivalent (Preferred)
- 5+ years working experience in a related role or field (audit, consulting or solution presales)
- Experience in the value selling framework
- Experience with integration technologies, including but not limited to web services, ESB and APIs
- Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services
- A hands-on individual as this is an individual contributor role
- Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales counterpart to guide execution excellence
- Travel, as necessary
