We are looking for a self-motivated, experienced, and multitasking individual to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Group Chief Executive Officer. You will play an important role in assisting the Group CEO to ensure daily operations function in a smooth and efficient way.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively and independently support the Group CEO by handling various assignments across diverse business lines
- Prepare meeting minutes, presentation slides, and maintain accurate documentation with a keen attention to detail
- Organize and coordinate complex meetings, travel plans, facilitating business appointments; and submit monthly claims on behalf of the Group CEO
- Track and monitor the progress of marketing and sales performance, participate in sales meetings, submit reports and updates on a regular basis
- Be involved in supporting other departments, and also other ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Act as a liaison between the Group CEO and other stakeholders, conveying instructions and ensuring effective communication.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent
- Preference for individuals with at least 2 years of experience supporting C-suite executives
- Mature, meticulous, strong problem-solving abilities and a strong sense of responsibility
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese speaking partners) due to job requirements
- Willing to take the initiative to learn and take responsibility at work
