Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to plan and execute marketing activities as per the marketing calendar, including selecting event themes, distribution channels, and partners.
- Strategically plan social media schedules and content to support overall marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with company clients to develop collaborative content.
- Create compelling content that effectively communicates the brand story and distribute it through the most appropriate channels to reach the target audience.
- Work with various departments to source marketing content and collateral.
- Measure the effectiveness and performance of marketing campaigns against established KPIs.
- Ensure all marketing activities align with brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all materials and channels.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent
- At least 3-5 Years of relevant working experience
- Essential knowledge and experience in managing social media and digital marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for developing effective communication materials.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop and Canva.
