Sciente International is broadening our client portfolio for services in intelligentisation and digital transformation, leveraging our partnerships with Snowflake, Databricks, and Amazon Web Services.
This is an on-site Singapore-based individual contribution role that will focus on client delight and growing the Services businesses of Sciente International in Singapore.
- Take ownership and fine-tune the strategy and account plan to boost services revenue, in line with the business potential of the targeted sector and/or accounts.
- Work towards achieving the agreed services revenue performance goals by opening up new logos.
- Client Engagement & Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their IT projects requirements, challenges/needs, company culture, and strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with client managers to clarify their requirements and make sure a common understanding.
- Adopt a consultative approach to act as advisors for our clients to formulate the right value-added services offering.
- For SOW based services, work with internal talent acquisition team for specific roles/scope of work.
- Service Agreements/Scope of Work/Terms of Business and Offer Negotiation: Serve as a liaison during the SOW/offer negotiation process, facilitating discussions and reaching mutually beneficial agreements.
- Build the relationship with client managers across the levels, develop client accounts and grow the portfolio of IT professional services within the client accounts.
- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, technology providers, and competitor activities to inform strategies and provide valuable insights to clients and Sciente.
- Adhere diligently to Sciente's internal processes and submit weekly reports in a timely manner.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 5 years of total relevant sales experience in B2B IT services & solutions within Singapore.
- Exposure to AWS, Snowflake, Databricks or similar products/platforms shall be a big plus.
- Minimum 3 years of local work experience in client services/large client account management is highly desired.
- A graduate degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, a related field is highly desired.
- Essential qualifications include outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, along with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in engaging with client managers, adopting a consultative approach to understand their project requirements.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to continuous learning are mandatory for our organizational culture and the demands of the markets we serve.
- Capability to work towards meeting revenue performance goals for the named client accounts.
- A fervor for delivering quality results, coupled with discipline, focus, perseverance, and resourcefulness, is highly valued.
