Our Client, a Services Firm(from Legal Industry) is seeking for a Customer Service Officer.
Location: Central Singapore
Job Description:
- Respond to customers’ enquiries and manage walk-in customer at reception
- Welcome visitors with a warm and positive experience
- Maintain a cheerful and professional demeanor during all customers' interactions
- A variety of administration tasks including assisting other departments on ad-hoc projects
- Assist in processing documents with different requirements
- Other customer-service related tasks related to documents
- Data entry and administrative duties assigned
Requirements:
- 1 year of Customer Service experience is preferred but not a must
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Ms Word)
- Customer oriented and good organizing skills
- Responsible and able to work independently as well as a team player
- Positive working attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Note: 5 days work week(Monday to Friday) and training/guidance will be provided
