This position is responsible for soliciting sales of food and beverage catered events for Creative Eateries Catering and the execution of the events.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide leadership and guidance to Catering Operations team
• Work closely with operations, sales and kitchen team to ensure the clients’ needs are met
• Oversee and monitor all operations and logistics for all catering events
• Manage manpower planning to suit different catering needs
• Monitor service, food and beverage standards and resolve any issues if necessary
• Build and maintain good working relationship with clients and handle customer complaints
• Monitor and maintain vehicle standard, food quality, service standard & smooth running of the catering office and central kitchen
• Understanding with and complying with the mandatory hygiene standards and requirements
• Perform any other duties assigned by Operations Manager
REQUIREMENTS
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Excellent customer service and able to interact well with clients
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast paced environment
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Possess class 3 driving license with clean records and good driving skills will be an advantage
