- Oversee payroll processing for a workforce of 300 employees, including managing new hires, terminations, overtime calculations, allowances, deductions, salary recovery, leave and benefits administration, and employee claims.
- Prepare and submit income tax clearance (IR21) for work pass holders.
- Compile and submit CPF contributions, IR8A forms, and government-paid claims.
- Ensure the accuracy of employee data and implement process control improvements.
- Prepare payroll reports and brand billing statements.
- Handle submissions for government surveys and assist auditors during the annual audit exercise.
- Maintain best practices in payroll to enhance efficiency and processes.
- Participate in HR initiatives and projects.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in hands-on payroll processing for a minimum of 200 employees within an HR department.
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Experience with Times Software is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of the Employment Act, CPF, and income tax regulations.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Strong numerical aptitude and a high sense of commitment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
