Job Description:
- Manage the company's digital platforms, including the website, social media, EDM, Instagram, TikTok, and more.
- Coordinate with industry partners and Sol Luminaire for project assets and oversee the handling of required equipment.
- Source and propose yearly gifts for industry partners, including developing gifting concepts and ideas to integrate into the company’s gifting period.
- Identify marketing opportunities with KOLs or publications that could benefit the company.
- Maintain ongoing campaigns with industry partners to prevent conflicts of interest and ensure promotional periods maximize digital engagement.
- Prepare and compile monthly and annual marketing reports.
- Handle digital inquiries, schedule appointments, and direct communications from Instagram or email to the appropriate representatives.
- Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the relevant representatives while maintaining high customer service standards.
- Assist with paperwork, both digital and physical, for Sol Luminaire’s entity.
- Arrange RSVP replenishments and scheduling in coordination with Sol Luminaire’s representatives, ensuring budget compliance and updating the team.
- Maintain and organize loose samples within galleries.
- Participate in digital inquiry service communication processes for Sol Luminaire’s product range.
- Engage in photography projects related to Human + Space.
Other Ad Hoc Duties:
- Update the team on any in-store maintenance operations.
- Provide assistance for walk-in information if required.
- Support any additional tasks needed to facilitate company operations.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in a marketing role, including internships.
- Strong grasp of marketing principles and strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software/tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach
