Job Description
- Define and drive the overall strategy for email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and targeted communications, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives.
- Lead the execution of email marketing initiatives, ensuring they are integrated with overarching digital strategies and meet business KPIs.
- Develop and implement advanced segmentation strategies using platforms like MailChimp to deliver personalised and effective messaging.
- Utilise various analytics tools to provide in-depth analysis of email campaigns, generate actionable insights for optimisation, and report results to senior management.
- Work closely with design and content teams to create visually compelling email templates, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and audience engagement.
- Drive and support broader marketing strategies, including cross-channel campaigns, in collaboration with other departments and executive leadership.
Requirements:
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, with substantial experience in email marketing and digital campaigns at a strategic level.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with platforms like MailChimp and various analytics tools for evaluating campaign performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to manage high-level strategy while maintaining a meticulous eye for detail in content and design.
- Demonstrated capability to prioritise and lead multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with design principles and tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, adapting to various working styles and contributing to a collaborative environment.
