Job Responsibilities:


  • Assist purchasing manager in processing documentation and making sub/packaging & general purchases
  • Able to buy essential materials for day-to-day company's functions
  • Review prices and quality of the purchase goods with suppliers and requestors
  • Compute and process monthly sub/packaging reports for month end closing
  • Processing and filing of purchasing documents
  • Check and guide the purchase officer / assistant in the daily routine duties
  • Update vendor records and certifications for sub/packing materials
  • Updating and maintenance of ISO / HACCP / SDS documents and SAP system
  • To perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior


Requirements:


  • Training will be provided for candidate without or with lesser experiences
