Admin Assistant

Job Purpose


This role is primarily responsible for providing daily administrative support with given deadlines to the merchandising department


Job Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry using Microsoft Navision system (training provided)
  • Prepare standard memos and handle email updates
  • Handle sensitive information dealing with product costing, pricing and promotions
  • Work closely and communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain proper filing of documents
  • Provide administrative support to Category Managers
  • Other tasks as and when assigned by line manager

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience preferably in retail environment
  • Computer Literacy
  • Resourceful, creative and meticulous
  • A strong team player while able to work independently in a fast paced environment.
  • Able to cope with work pressure..
  • Singaporeans only
