Job Purpose
This role is primarily responsible for providing daily administrative support with given deadlines to the merchandising department
Job Responsibilities
- Perform data entry using Microsoft Navision system (training provided)
- Prepare standard memos and handle email updates
- Handle sensitive information dealing with product costing, pricing and promotions
- Work closely and communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain proper filing of documents
- Provide administrative support to Category Managers
- Other tasks as and when assigned by line manager
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience preferably in retail environment
- Computer Literacy
- Resourceful, creative and meticulous
- A strong team player while able to work independently in a fast paced environment.
- Able to cope with work pressure..
