Front Desk Receptionist cum Admin (1 Year Contract Renewable)

Job Type: 1 Year Contract Renewable

Salary: Up to $3,000


Front Desk and Reception Duties:

  • Greet, welcome, and direct clients at the Concierge and main reception, ensuring a professional and inviting reception area that reflects the company's image.
  • Provide front desk services to clients and internal staff.
  • Manage and maximize the meeting room resources using the booking system.
  • Assist external and internal clients, as well as walk-in visitors, with general inquiries.
  • Maintain conference room bookings and coordinate reservations via the Converge platform.
  • Operate the switchboard and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff.
  • Assist with taking and serving beverage orders.
  • Coordinate security procedures, including issuing security badges to new hires and visiting colleagues from other countries.
  • Assist with urgent printing requests at the counter.
  • Monitor executive restrooms behind the reception counter and coordinate with janitors to ensure cleanliness.
  • Liaise with building management for ad hoc office maintenance requests.
  • Coordinate name card printing requests with external printers.
  • Provide backup support to the mailroom during breaks, such as receiving and sending deliveries at the reception counter.
  • Other simple administrative tasks as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

  • GCE O Level and above
  • 1-2 years of related working experience
  • Good customer service skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Immediate starter preferably.
