To oversee the team of registered and enrolled nurses, nursing aides, healthcare assistants and healthcare attendants
• Responsible for compliance of all nursing standards as stipulated by Ministry of Health (MOH) and Singapore Nursing Board (SNB). Follow up with areas for corrective improvements
• Ensure written policies and procedures and work process are available and up to date to guide the nursing care delivery. Ensure the smooth transition of residents from acute to chronic care and back to the community, where possible. Direct and facilitate staff development, skills and competency upgrading through various opportunities.
• Support the Nursing Director in nursing home management and deputizes in her absence
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board
- At least 2 years experience in similar position in a nursing home / geriatric ward
- Good public relations and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- 5 days work week,
- Location: Bukit Panjang
- Able to start immediately
