- Handle inventory, including stocktake, stock ordering and preparation
- Handle job tracking, including set appointment & track manpower.
- Prepare accurate information necessary for billing & invoicing purposes
- Handle customer enquiries including recommend & upsell and set appointments.
- Handle front counter duties such as attending to customers and related admin work.
- Handle posts and enquiries on online platforms such as Shopee, Carousell, FB, Whatsapp & Email, etc
- 5.5 work day (Mon - Fri 8am-5pm, Sat 8am-12.30pm)
