Reception and Admin Officer

  • Handle inventory, including stocktake, stock ordering and preparation
  • Handle job tracking, including set appointment & track manpower.
  • Prepare accurate information necessary for billing & invoicing purposes
  • Handle customer enquiries including recommend & upsell and set appointments.
  • Handle front counter duties such as attending to customers and related admin work.
  • Handle posts and enquiries on online platforms such as Shopee, Carousell, FB, Whatsapp & Email, etc
  • 5.5 work day (Mon - Fri 8am-5pm, Sat 8am-12.30pm)
  • Located at Sin Ming AutoCity
