- Act as the primary liaison between external hauliers and the company.
- Assist in the planning and allocation of delivery and transport orders.
- Maintain and preparing key data sets for reporting and presenting findings to internal stakeholders for review.
- Conduct regular site observations in collaboration with hauliers.
- Perform haulier audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders to plan and execute transport orders efficiently.
- Monitor and ensure all transport orders meet the company’s KPIs.
- Identify and follow up on operational and service level gaps.
- Undertake additional ad-hoc duties and projects as needed.
Requirements
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Transport, or a relevant field (NITEC / Higher NITEC holders are also welcome to apply)
- Experience in export, import, and general trucking order process flow.
- Highly organized, structured, and meticulous.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, ensuring clarity during engagement or presentations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Power BI).
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Strong ability to work independently while demonstrating effective teamwork and collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
