Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product strategies that align with overall business objectives and market trends.
- Leading and providing mentorship and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product development and enhancements.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver successful product launches and updates.
- Utilize customer feedback and analytics to shape product roadmaps and prioritize features.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related queries and represent the product vision to stakeholders.
- Stay informed of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements in the fintech landscape.
- Other adhoc tasks assigned by superior / management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in the fintech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from conception to market.
- Strong understanding of financial services, regulatory environment, and emerging fintech trends.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management tools.
- May be required to travel frequently to overseas offices
