Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems with workstations, servers, and peripherals.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers and network devices.
- Perform system updates and manage backups.
- Help configure and monitor network components and address connectivity issues.
- Support network security measures.
- Maintain IT documentation and prepare performance reports.
- Work with IT team members and provide basic user training and support.
- Assist with IT policies and procedures.
- Support IT projects and implementation of new technologies
Requirements:
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 4-6 years of relevant experience in IT support or infrastructure management.
- Experience with hardware troubleshooting and familiarity with backup and recovery solutions.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
