Responsibilities:
- Handle customer service hotline and provide first level of support
- Provide quality customer service to customers over the phone.
- Listen, probe and question in order to clarify and understand customer needs
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Requirements:
- Singaporean only
- Level and above
- Proficient in relevant computer applications (Microsoft Applications)
- Able to multitask
- Able to work 12-hour night shift (8pm to 8am, 2-days-work-2-days-off on rotational basis)
- Able to work independently
Additional Information:
- Three-months contract, maybe renewed or offered full-time position after the contract expires
- Starting basic salary range of $1,700 to $1,800
- 15 to 16 working days a month depending on roster
- Training will be provided in office hours (9am to 6pm) for the first week
- 12 weeks probation
