Job Description
- Deliver training courses in accordance with NTUC LearningHub Pte Ltd approved curriculum and stipulated training hours.
- Deliver in-person and VLC training courses.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages participant engagement and learning.
- Plan and prepare training materials, assessments, and evaluations in consultation with stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of training sessions, participant attendance, and assessment results.
- Participate in the review and evaluation of training programs to ensure they meet the changing needs of the industry.
Job Requirement
- Certifications in AI, machine learning, data analytics (i.e. Certified AI Practitioner) or event management (i.e. Certified Meeting Professional) and Digital Event Strategist (DES).
- Relevant certification in the field of Learning & Development such as ACLP / ACTA.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in AI technologies, machine learning, natural language processing, predictive analytics and AI-driven automation including integration with event management tools (i.e. AI chatbots, recommendation engines, sentiment analysis tools, virtual event platforms with AI capabilities).
- Possess industry experiences with subject matter knowledge and expertise in event management, using AI to enhance experiences, operations and decision making for pre/post-event analysis.
- Minimum 3 years of adult training experience in technology, AI or event management.
- Experience in designing interactive training programs that incorporate AI concepts and practical applications.
- Possess strong facilitation skills, ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and manage group dynamics effectively.
- Strong industry network, commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
