Job Description
- Deliver training courses in accordance with NTUC LearningHub Pte Ltd approved curriculum and stipulated training hours.
- Deliver in-person and VLC training courses.
- Foster a positve learning environment that encourages participant engagement and learning.
- Plan and prepare training materials, assessments, and evaluations in consultation with stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of training sessions, participant attendance, and assessment results.
- Participate in the review and evaluation of training programs to ensure they meet the changing needs of the industry.
Job Requirement
- Certifications in digital marketing, event management or specific digital event platforms (i.e. Certified Digital Event Strategist (DES) by PCMA).
- Relevant certification in the field of Learning & Development such as ACLP / ACTA.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in conceptualising, executing and managing digital events (webinars, virtual conferences, hybrid events).
- Possess industry experiences with subject matter knowledge and expertise in digital event platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams and tools for audience engagement, data analytics, and event marketing).
- Proven ability to develop and implement digital event strategies with strong background in digital marketing (content creation, SEO, social media strategies, email marketing, and audience engagement techniques).
- Minimum 3 years of adult training experience in digital marketing or event management.
- Possess strong facilitation skills, ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and manage group dynamics effectively.
- Strong industry network, commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
