Job Responsibilities:
- Support processing of mutual funds, bonds, structured notes, and equities for Singapore and Hong Kong.
- Ensure quality processing and adherence to policies and controls.
- Liaise with processing teams, product teams, and country operations teams.
- Complete daily order processing smoothly, adhering to cut-off times.
- Meet business expectations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Handle large volumes of daily transactions with attention to detail.
- Support new product setups, static data maintenance, and pricing functions.
- Manage daily maintenance requirements from different country product teams.
- Generate variance and stale price reports, and perform end-of-day reporting.
- Perform bulk uploads for ad hoc maintenance in the investment system.
- Handle business queries and investigate production discrepancies.
- Liaise with Bloomberg and AA stock on pricing issues.
- Manage structured product warehouse, including term sheet understanding, subscription updates, and performance tracking.
- Generate dashboard reports and performance metrics for structured products.
