Maintenance Manager
Responsibilities:
• Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
• Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
• Checking electrical and ACMV systems to ensure functionality
• Manage tender submissions, authority submissions and reporting.
• Manage department, track budgets, expenses and transmittal records.
• Comply with safety & occupational health practices.
Requirements:
• Singaporean only.
• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/ACMV.
• Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Prior experience in working in construction site preferred, especially in Aircon Maintenance Projects.
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Good time management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Team player.
