Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to oversee the development and management of our chronic disease management digital health product. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, with a proven track record of successfully leading product initiatives from conception through to delivery. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional stakeholder management abilities, a user-centric approach to product development, and a deep understanding of the healthcare domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy and Development:
- Lead the development and execution of the product strategy for our chronic disease management solution.
- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market research, user feedback, and competitor analysis.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Engage with key stakeholders including clients, vendor partners, management, and internal teams to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment with product goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data, and commercial.
- User-Centric Product Development:
- Implement a user-centric approach to product development, ensuring that the product meets the needs and expectations of end-users.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform product decisions and improvements.
- Research and Development:
- Oversee the research and development phase, including market research, competitor analysis, and technology trends.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to explore new technologies and innovative solutions for chronic disease management.
- P&L Management:
- Manage the product's Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive financial performance.
- Negotiation and Leadership:
- Negotiate with and manage external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to secure necessary resources and support for the product.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior product managers and other team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Project Management and Agile Methodologies:
- Utilize Agile methodologies to manage product development cycles, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of product features.
- Use systems such as JIRA and Confluence to track progress, manage tasks, and facilitate communication within the team.
- Communication and Reporting:
- Create and deliver presentations to executive leadership, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Prepare and maintain detailed product documentation, including roadmaps, product specs, and status reports.
- Support commercial team with business development initiatives including sales presentations to clients
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Product Manager, with significant experience in the healthcare domain, particularly in developing health & wellness digital solutions
- Skills: Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills. Proficient in using Excel for data analysis and making slides for presentations.
- Methodologies: Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience using JIRA and Confluence.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
