- Develop and manage forecast planning.
- Plan and schedule production orders based on demand and available resources.
- Coordinate with project leaders, planners, and production supervisors to prioritize work according to the delivery schedule.
- Oversee material and production planning, requisition materials, and manage the Bill of Materials (BOM) or design change implementations.
- Confirm orders based on material and capacity availability.
- Plan, control, and work with purchasers to manage material deliveries and prevent excess stock inventory.
- Monitor material availability to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Prepare periodic reports such as Excess and Obsolete (E&O) and quarterly buy-down claims.
- Ensure timely closure of production orders for invoicing.
- Maintain compliance with the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA).
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in the field or related industries.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
