Work Hours:
Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Contract Period: 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025
Job Responsibilites:
Scope of work:
- Prepare materials for daily lessons, department noticeboard displays, regular department programmes such as competitions and external school activities, perform gardening duties related to science curriculum and provide support for ad-hoc science programmes
- Clean and organise science equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of science labs
- Manage and organise inventory list
- Provide logistical support in department and school programmes
- Support in administrative work, Microsoft applications - excel, word
- Able to keep calm and work in dynamic environment
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by HOD/LH-Science and/or Admin Manager
Job Requirement
- Preferably to have passed “N” levels
- He/She should be able to communicate well, enjoy attending to children.
- Prior working experience in a school will be an added advantage. All personnel should provide a list of current and past experience
