Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Handling Quotations, Purchase Orders, Invoicing and Deliveries
- Support the team's Administration and Logistics
- Communicate with customers in Singapore and overseas
- Show excellent customer service
- Respond to customers in a timely manner with emails, quotes
- Able to do PnL, BS, Full set of accounts an asset.
Job requirements
- Independent, energetic, motivated individual
- Some working experience in Administration and Logistics is preferred but not essential as on-job-training will be provided
- Diploma, O or A Levels or degree
- Communication skills in English and Mandarin is valuable
- Good team player and sales service oriented.
- Experience with accounts, office administration and sales support can be useful
- 1 year admin or accounts experience advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
