Job responsibilities:
- Manage appointments for all clinicians
- Registering new patients and update existing patients details
- Payment collection and dispensing medication
- Attend to walk-in customers and answering phone calls/ replying messages and emails
- Handling admin work
- Housekeeping duties in maintaining cleanliness of cline
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- IT savvy / Good computer skills
- Meticulous, systematic and well-organized
- Ability to work well in fast paced environment and multitask well
