Responsibilities:

1. Manage the comprehensive documentation process for timber door projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

2. Facilitate the drafting and preparation of technical drawings for approval, collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and regulatory authorities.

3. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to gather necessary documentation and certifications for materials used in timber door projects.

4. Oversee project documentation, including contracts, permits, and compliance records, maintaining an organized and accessible filing system.

5. Conduct regular reviews of project paperwork to identify and address any discrepancies or issues promptly.

6. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline and optimize document workflows, improving efficiency and reducing administrative overhead.

7. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to collect required documentation and ensure timely project approvals.

8. Keep abreast of industry regulations and updates related to paperwork and documentation processes for construction projects.

9. Support the project management team by providing accurate and up-to-date documentation for budgeting and reporting purposes.

10. Uphold the company's commitment to excellence in paperwork management, contributing to a seamless project execution process.


Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in paperwork-intensive roles within the construction industry, preferably with a focus on timber doors.

2. Familiarity with document management systems and tools.

3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

4. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

5. Proficiency in project management tools and software.

6. Knowledge of Singaporean building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
