Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

- Develop marketing strategies and plans that align with the company's business objectives.

- Oversee and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.

- Lead the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising.

- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using metrics to refine strategies and improve ROI.

- Manage and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.

- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.


Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and web analytics.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Ability to think creatively and innovatively.

- Strong analytical and project management skills.

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and measurement.

- Must proficiency in reading and writing in English and Mandarin.

- Experience in TCM clinic management is highly desirable.
