Key Responsibilities:
- Event Management: Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, from pre-event preparation to on-site execution and post-event wrap-up. You'll ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Logistics Coordination: Manage all logistical aspects, including transportation, equipment rentals, and on-site setup and dismantling. You'll keep everything moving seamlessly.
- Vendor Oversight: Work with various vendors and logistic agencies to ensure quality and timelines are met. Build and maintain strong relationships while negotiating costs.
- Production Supervision: Oversee production from start to finish, ensuring quality and safety throughout the process.
- Technical Support: Handle technical requirements, including audio, video, lighting, and electrical setups.
- Problem-Solving: Address any issues that arise during event setup and execution, providing swift and effective solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams in projects and design divisions to ensure smooth event coordination.
- Safety Compliance: Coordinate risk assessments, safety regulations, and process management documentation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Logistics Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing event logistics, including transportation, equipment rentals, and on-site setup.
- Supplier Management Skills: Proven experience in managing vendors and ensuring high-quality service.
- Excellent Negotiator: Skilled in cost negotiation with external vendors and contractors.
- Organizational Skills: Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail.
- Outgoing Personality: Enjoys interacting with clients, coordinating events, and managing setup and tear-down activities.
- Strong Work Ethic: Responsible, meticulous, and proactive in solving problems.
- Hands-On Approach: Comfortable with physical work and outdoor events under various weather conditions.
- Technical Proficiency: Competent in using software such as Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets, Zoom, etc.
- Driving License: Must possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License.
