Zenith Infotech, a Tech Recruitment firm for 27 years, are looking out for few headcounts of HelpDesk Support for our client, 12 months contract period.
Job Scope:
To provide helpdesk and level 1 support to users
Responds to requests/incidents through phone and email.
~Advise user on appropriate actions (customer service skills).
~Follow up with users to ensure complete resolution of issues.
~Good understanding/knowledge on MS Office (excel,ppt and word)
~Good verbal and written comm skills
Working Hours :
The working hours are 8 hours per day, with shifts from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m for Monday to Friday, and from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays.
