Space Governance is partnering with a leading financial institution is seeking a Senior Compliance Officer to oversee and enhance its compliance monitoring framework on a 3-4 months contract basis. This role is crucial for ensuring the bank’s activities align with regulatory requirements and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct annual compliance risk assessments and lead the Enterprise-Wide Risk Assessment (EWRA).
- Develop and execute compliance monitoring and testing plans, including thematic reviews.
- Report findings to senior management and relevant committees, ensuring timely resolution of identified issues.
- Track and report the status of audit and inspection findings, focusing on root causes and key controls.
Key Requirements:
- Degree holder with at least 8 to 15 years of relevant experience in compliance, specifically within wealth management/private banking.
- Good familiarity with Singapore and Hong Kong regulations.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations.
