Job Description
· Perform site acceptance tests, commissioning and start-up assistance for Insulating Glass machines.
· Interface with customers on after sales service, understand and help customers define their needs.
· Attend all maintenance related problems on site, trouble shoot and provide technical support to customers as well as resolve technical issues.
· Work closely with customers in fulfilment of repair schedule.
· Conduct trainings to enable users/customers in optimizing the product performance.
· Provide necessary inputs from field to engineering & factory for designing new products/refining existing products.
· Ensure full compliance with all validation issues concerning the product application, controls and documentation.
· Update customer complaints system & prepare monthly failure analysis report.
· Actively interact with customers to develop service business to achieve customer satisfaction.
· Project pursuit with engineering manager and sales teams towards achieving project goals.
· Collate and maintain project pursuit reports for management’s review and action plan.
· May require some handling of heavy equipment.
Job Requirements

· Diploma/ITE in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent
· Able to read technical drawing.
· Must possess working experience in technical servicing role
· Hands-on in servicing customers and able to work independently on job site
· At least 2-3 years’ service experience in similar industry
· Excellent communication & presentation skills
Independent with good planning and time management skills
· Customer oriented, pleasant disposition and good attitude
· Must be ready to support customer requirements with on call system
· Flexible and adaptable in site environment
· Ready and willing to travel for service trips in SEA region
· Energetic and highly motivated with the determination to learn.
· Candidate with Class 3 driving licence has an added advantage
· Able to communicate English & Mandarin (to support Chinese speaking customers from China/Taiwan)
