We are currently looking for Operations Coordinator to support our ongoing projects and contribute to our company’s success. This is a 6-month contract role with the option for renewal and the opportunity to transition into a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling & Dispatch: Coordinate and schedule jobs, ensuring technicians are dispatched efficiently to meet client needs.
Team Coordination: Communicate daily with technicians to manage schedules, provide job details, and address any operational issues.
Client Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, scheduling services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Problem Solving: Quickly address any issues that arise during operations, finding solutions that maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum N' Level
- Fresh entry accepted
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in using scheduling software and other operational tools.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on quality service delivery.
