**Summary:**

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Previous experience in administrative or customer service roles (1-3 years).
4. Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently.
5. Post-secondary education or Diploma in a relevant field.
6. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
