Join BUTLER™ Housekeeping as a Housekeeping Supervisor, where you will play a crucial role in overseeing the upkeep and training of our housekeeping staff, ensuring that both new and existing customers receive the highest standard of service. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of both customers and staff, providing continuous training, and upholding our high standards. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional service to all clients.
- Oversee the training and development of new and existing staff, ensuring they meet company standards.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any client needs or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all housekeeping tasks meet the highest company standards.
- Coordinate work schedules and assign tasks to housekeeping staff.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in housekeeping supervision or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Ability to travel between various job locations.
