Associate / Senior Associate – Credit Operations (Loan Servicing)

Responsibilities:
Perform the following activities in support of the loan servicing section such as
- Block, floor, direct car administrative function
- Attend daily update of transfer of ownership, change of vehicle number, deregistration & impounded vehicle etc. from HP Association.
- Attend to customer enquiry on projected redemption amount for auto loan
- Lodge Form B to discharge SIF interest upon hire purchase facility has been fully redeemed
- Monitoring of the expired new loans , final instatement , failed payment,
- Perform receipting of loans for instalment, repayment, payment from AXS, funds from CPF and refunds.
- Attend to redemption enquiries and requests from customers and from Business units
- Assist the team lead to implement initiatives to streamline and improve on existing operational processes and systems.
Requirements
- Diploma in Banking & Finance or its equivalent. *Candidates without a diploma but with relevant banking operations experience will also be suitably considered
- Customer service oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous with an eye for details and quality mind set.
- Independent and self-driven, with good initiative
- Highly motivated team player with ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and MS Outlook (Email Client). Knowledge of Access too would be a plus.
