PMO, Banking (1-year renewable contract)
The PMO Support will be responsible for providing support in the successful delivery of projects which primarily includes:
- Assist with projects’ financial tracking and budgeting.
- Assist with resource and contract renewals /management, including contract review/negotiation, tracking/processing renewals and expirations, manage vendor relationships and maintenance of records.
- Assist with resourcing including tracking/updating requirements, sourcing, interview arrangements, facilitating onboarding / offboarding arrangements and maintaining records.
- Provide project management support to the delivery teams, including collating / tracking project deliverables for internal compliance requirements and ensuring that timelines are met.
- Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the PMO team.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Banking / Finance
- Minimum 5 years of IT Project Support experience, preferably in Banking/financial industry.
- Advance knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
- Strong organisational, analytical and time management skills, and meticulous with details.
- Highly-motivated self-starter and strong team player and able to work with a high degree of autonomy.
- Excellent communication skills and able to communicate well with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders.
- Good attitude, coachable and able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality with the information handled during the course of work.
- Able to handle high degree stress and meet tight deadlines as required.
- Have the ability to take detailed project meeting minutes for audit trail will be a plus.
