A fantastic opportunity exists for a role for an Associate in Singapore, who is either mid-level or senior level (by UK measure) to join an international cross-border finance and environmental products practice, that sits within the broader Commodities group of a well-regarded international, sector specialist law firm.
About you
We are seeking a candidate who is/has:
· Qualified in England and Wales and/or any other similar common law jurisdiction
· Ideally has at least 4-8 years' post-qualification relevant working experience in an international law firm
· Experience in transactional finance work would be required preferably in either banking, derivatives, or structured finance
· Capable of taking the lead in the execution of sizeable client engagements
· Attention to detail and demonstrates good practical case handling skills
· Able to work under pressure and handle concurrent tasks
· A team player with good communication skills, both written and verbal
· Efficient, organised, and can demonstrate excellent time management skills
· Personable and able to communicate comfortably with colleagues and clients
