Full time marketing executive for tingkat & catering operation

Roles:


1. **Brand Management**

- Develop and maintain the brand image of the tingkat and catering business.

2. **Marketing Strategy Development**

3. **Digital Marketing**

- Manage and optimize online presence, including the company website, social media channels, and online advertising.

- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.


4. **Content Creation**

- Produce engaging and relevant content for various platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and promotional materials.

- Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to ensure high-quality content production.


5. **Campaign Management**

- Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns, both online and offline.

- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.


6. **Customer Relationship Management**

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.

- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.


7. **Market Research and Analysis**

- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.

- Analyze data to understand customer behavior and preferences, using insights to drive marketing strategies.


8. **Event Planning and Coordination**

- Plan and coordinate promotional events, tastings, and exhibitions to showcase products and services.

- Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful event execution.


9. **Budget Management**

- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.

- Track spending and ROI for marketing activities to ensure cost-effectiveness.


10. **Collaboration and Teamwork**

- Work closely with sales, operations, and customer service teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

- Foster a collaborative environment to achieve common goals.
