Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in filing accident reports and advise on the appropriate claim options
- Provide accurate estimates for insurance claims.
- Follow up on claim authorisation procedures.
- Coordinate with insurance companies regarding motor claims.
- Monitor job progress and keep customers informed about the repair status.
- Coordinate with the parts executive to ensure parts availability.
- Finalize and invoice the job once repairs are completed.
Requirements:
- Prefer 2 years of experience in Automotive (Body & Parts department)
- Familiarity with the Motor Claim Framework.
