Responsibility:
- Creating and producing high-quality, engaging TikTok videos that align with brand objectives and resonate with the target audience.
- Developing creative content strategies and concepts that leverage current TikTok trends and challenges.
- Collaborating with marketing teams and other stakeholders to ensure content aligns with broader campaign goals.
- Analyzing TikTok content performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of content and make data-driven improvements.
- Staying updated with the latest TikTok trends, features, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Engaging with the TikTok community through comments, collaborations, and interaction to build and maintain a positive brand presence.
- Managing a content calendar and ensuring timely delivery of videos and other TikTok content.
- Coordinating with influencers, content creators, and other partners to enhance content reach and effectiveness.
- Reporting on content performance and providing insights and recommendations for future content strategies.
- Adapting content strategies based on audience feedback and emerging trends.
Requirements :
- Only open to Malaysian citizens.
- At least one(1) year of experience as a TikTok Specialist.
- Knowledge of the latest market creative, art, and design trends.
- Demonstrated high creativity and versatility with a clear conceptual understanding.
- Ability to organise, prioritise, and allocate tasks effectively.
- Capability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work in a team.
- Possess good judgment and a keen sense of design aesthetics.
- Flexible and adaptable with a can-do attitude towards challenges.
